Atlas Soliwood ergo chair
Soliwood surface, stackable
The frame of the Atlas Soliwood student chair is made of 30x15 mm oval flat tube, equipped with anti-slip plastic gliders. It comes with a Soliwood Ergo shell. Features: Due to the flexibility of the backrest, it continuously tensions the back muscles, preventing them from relaxing. Scratch- and impact-resistant, withstands the strongest mechanical demands. UV-stable, colorfast, resistant to chemicals and corrosive substances. Upholstered seat and backrest, plastic end caps, plastic corner element. Structure: It consists of 16-18 layers of ultra-thin beech wood veneer, which is impregnated with synthetic resin. Optionally, resin-coated paper decor can be requested for the outer surface. The material is subjected to high-pressure compression in a heated molding tool, compacting the wood fibers and completely filling its pores with synthetic resin, which then solidifies into a non-heat-softening structure. -Waterproof and non-porous; liquids cannot penetrate its structure.
-Adhesive-free.
-The seating surface-Handing can be crafted upon request, and in such cases the wrought surfaces remain solid and compact.
-Resistant to impacts, scratches, and heat, thanks to the heat-pressing technology, making it virtually 'burn-proof.'
-Withstands chemical substances due to its composition.
-Its strength allows for exceptional load-bearing capacity.
-Its color may fade under UV radiation, but this does not affect its strength.
-Due to its compactness, it is considered a material that is difficult to ignite during use. Nevertheless, at the end of its lifespan, it can be incinerated without causing environmental harm at higher temperatures.
-Its strength allows for thinner thickness (around 7 mm), providing greater flexibility compared to conventional layered materials. -The seating surface features a rough imprint created by the tool.
